LOLA Littles (Preschool & PreK)

Overview

Our LOLA Littles programs emphasize the development of every aspect of a curious preschooler through our whole-child approach! We facilitate Brain/Cognitive, Physical, Social, Behavioral, and Emotional Development while aiding in the enhancement of language, communication, and literacy skills. Starting at this age children learn not only to react to their surroundings, but to anticipate, decide, and solve the problems in front of them. Our programs offer them a nurturing, safe environment for them to begin building these important skills. Life is an adventure when you are a preschooler. Our Learning Academy provides plenty of opportunities for your preschooler to grow and explore. Through playing with a purpose, preschoolers are immersed in hands-on activities designed to help them discover their strengths, understand their world, and stretch their wings. The sounds of children playing and laughing are the sounds of children learning.

LOLA Littles- Preschool

Ideally for 3 and 4 year olds, your little learner will be introduced to letters, sounds, numbers, counting, fine motor skills, and much more using The Good and The Beautiful Preschool course as their foundation. Interactive activities and games are involved in every lesson, providing a strong learning foundation for children ages 3 and older. This course allows your student to experience the joy of learning as they connect it to God, high character, beautiful artwork, and loving interaction right from the start of your child’s educational foundation.

LOLA Littles- Kinder Prep

Designed for 4 and 5 year olds, make preparing for kindergarten fun, interactive, and hands-on! Students will get ready for Kindergarten by mastering letter sounds, reading two-letter and three-letter words, counting and numbers, rhyming, pencil grip, beginning handwriting skills and so much more! By incorporating interactive lessons, songs, short videos and fun games, Kinder Prep students will grow their love of learning as they connect it to God, high character, and beauty in an engaging and uplifting environment.

Enrollment Process

Lavender Oaks Learning Academy welcomes new students throughout the year as space allows.

For families interested in our University Program, the enrollment process includes:

• Connect with Us
  Attend an Open House to learn more about our program and community.
• Review & Apply
  Read through our Family Handbook, then submit your enrollment application along with the application fee and a letter of recommendation.
• Placement (if applicable)
  Students enrolling in Math and Language Arts add-on classes will complete a placement assessment to ensure the right fit and availability.
• Family Meeting / Trial Day
  Participate in a family meeting and or trial class so we can get to know your student and ensure mutual alignment.
• Admission Decision
  Families will receive an admissions decision via email within two weeks.
• Secure Enrollment
  Upon acceptance, you will receive instructions to complete the Enrollment Agreement and submit the non-refundable Enrollment Deposit/Supply Fee Deposit to reserve your child’s spot.

Summer Enrollment
Additional details regarding scheduling, supply lists, and back-to-school preparation will be shared with enrolled families over the summer.

Tuition & Fees

Enrollment in LOLA University Pre-K is a 9 month tuition commitment, with 9 equal payments being due on the 1st of each month (September through May). Tuition invoices will be emailed in advance of the 1st of each month and payments may be made by ACH, credit card or by personal check. Monthly tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sibling Discount – Families having more than one sibling concurrently enrolled in L.O.L.A., and who keep their account current, will receive a $25/month discount for each additional sibling.  Accounts not paid on time, or carrying a balance, are not eligible for this discount. This is the only discount that can be applied with other discounts, and will be applied before other discounts.

Pay in Full Discount – Families will receive 5% off of their annual tuition balance by paying in full instead of monthly. Families may pay for the semester or the entire year in full to receive the discount.

Volunteer Opt Out- Parents that are unable to fulfill their commitment can Opt Out of their volunteer requirement by paying the applicable fee. Fee is $40/month or $360/year added to your tuition. This fee allows us to hire help in the areas we would have used a volunteer.

Tuition Assistance, determined by Administration and based on an individual basis, may be available to families in exchange for service hours.
